The Story of The
Andrews Sisters includes such hits as Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy, Apple Blossom
Time, In The Mood, Chatanooga-Choo Choo etc. A concert of War time romance
and nostalgia, beautifully delivered with closely sung harmonies and the
eight-to-the-bar boogie beat!
Characters in the show are The Andrews Sisters (Derby Browne, Susannah De Wrixon and Aoife Doyle), Bing Crosby(Cormac Coneavy), and Herr Lip(Patrizio Bizitti) the Nazi officer who has a crush on Der Bingle (Bing Crosby). Also a special apprearance by Carmen Miranda ('Drag Queen' Gerry Singer) who sings with the Sisters.
